Here's what you'll need:
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 Large Tub of Cool Whip
1 Small Jar Nutella
1 Cup Sliced Fresh Strawberries
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
We're going to start this off by scooping about half of the nutella into a microwave safe bowl and pop in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. You want to just warm it up enough to make the consistency a little more runny.
Scoop about 3/4 of the Cool Whip into a large mixing bowl.
Now pour in the warm Nutella over the Cool Whip.
And mix it together with your mixer until it looks like this.
Pour it all into your pie shell.
You're going to need to pop this in the FREEZER for at least 2-3 hours to get it to set up. (The mixture will not setup in the fridge.)
When you're ready to serve it, if you're going to serve the whole pie at once, slice your strawberries and place on top, dollop a little extra Cool Whip over the strawberries and add sliced almonds. My plan was to snack on this through the week, so I just added the strawberries, Cool Whip and almonds to the individual slice since strawberries tend to get runny. Here's how it turned out:
I hope you enjoy this tasty dessert as much as I have! Please leave a comment and let me know what you think! :-D
