Chocolate Mousse Pie With Only 3 Ingredients!

I'll go ahead and say "You're welcome" because once you've made this and ate it, I'm sure it will be on your go-to list for easy and yummy desserts. My mom has made this for a long time and there are a few ways that you can mix it up a bit if you want, but the idea is still fluffy, chocolaty yumminess! (Is yumminess a word?)

Anyway, here's what you need:
1 Oreo Pie Crust
1 Small Tub of Cool Whip (If you want a lighter/fluffier mousse, get a large tub of cool whip.)
4 Hershey's Chocolate Bar (I used dark chocolate, you can you milk chocolate and if you like almonds, try the Hershey Bar's with almonds.)

It's so easy, I'm almost embarrassed to share this. :-D
Break up all of your chocolate bars into a large mixing bowl.

Pop the bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Take it out and stir. You want it to be all melted and smooth like this. If it's not, microwave for a few more seconds...

Now scoop all of the cool whip into the mixing bowl and begin folding the chocolate and cool whip together. (I was letting Big D help me make this so you'll see he was using a spoonula for this.)

Now use your mixer to really get it stirred together.

And this is what you want it to look like:

Now spoon this into your pie shell. (Big D was helping me so he took this picture and you've got this great close up of my hand. It looks like I'm missing some fingers on my left hand... weird shot! haha.)

Here's what it will look like:

It's best to chill it in the fridge for an hour, but the truth is you can just jump right into it if you want to. This is what your serving will look like:

And one of the best parts of this dish is cleaning up and sharing the beaters with my helper! Look how happy and messy!
